תכשיטים בהתאמה אישית

תכשיטים המיוצרים בעיצוב אישי, וכן תכשיטים שעברו התאמה או שינוי לפי בקשת הלקוח (לרבות מידה, סוג זהב, אבנים או חריטה), נחשבים כהזמנה ייחודית שיוצרה במיוחד עבור הלקוח.

• לא ניתן לבטל הזמנה
• לא ניתן להתחרט על ההזמנה
• לא יינתן החזר כספי או זיכוי מכל סוג

אישור סקיצה ותחילת ייצור

עם אישור הסקיצה או המפרט על ידי הלקוח:

• האישור מהווה הסכמה סופית ומחייבת
• מרגע אישור הסקיצה ו/או תחילת הייצור (המוקדם מביניהם) לא ניתן לבצע שינויים, לבטל את העסקה או לקבל החזר כספי

תנאי תשלום — עיצוב אישי

• תשולם מקדמה של 75% ממחיר העסקה בעת ביצוע ההזמנה
• יתרת התשלום תשולם טרם מסירת המוצר או יציאתו למשלוח

תכשיטים רגילים (לא בהתאמה אישית)

• ניתן לבטל עסקה בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן, בכפוף לכך שהמוצר יוחזר חדש, שלם, ללא שימוש ובאריזתו המקורית
• דמי ביטול: 5% ממחיר העסקה או 100 ₪ — לפי הנמוך מביניהם

משלוחים וביטוח

• תכשיטים מותאמים אישית: משלוח + ביטוח על הלקוח או כלול במחיר. אין החזר על עלות משלוח
• מוצרים רגילים: משלוח לפי מדיניות האתר הרגילה; עלות החזרת מוצר מוטלת על הלקוח

Custom Jewelry

Jewelry produced as custom-made, or jewelry modified according to the customer's request (including size, type of gold, gemstones, or engraving), is considered a unique order created specifically for the customer.

• Orders cannot be canceled
• No right of withdrawal applies
• No refunds or credits of any kind

Sketch Approval and Production Start

Once the customer approves the sketch or specifications:

• The approval constitutes a final and binding agreement
• From the moment of sketch approval and/or the start of production (whichever occurs first), no changes, cancellations, or refunds are permitted

Payment Terms — Custom Jewelry

• A 75% deposit of the total order price is required at the time of ordering
• The remaining balance must be paid prior to delivery or shipment

Regular Jewelry (Not Custom-Made)

• Orders may be canceled in accordance with consumer protection law, provided the product is returned new, complete, unused, and in its original packaging with all accessories
• Cancellation fee: 5% of the order price or ₪100, whichever is lower

Shipping & Insurance

• Custom Jewelry: Shipping and insurance are the customer's responsibility or included in the price. No shipping costs are refundable.
• Regular Jewelry: Shipping according to the site's standard policy. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
